I personally have been satisfied with the location, my purchases and just the visits in general, and will continue to keep shopping with them, thanks chillum!

The staff here is very understanding and very motivated to acquire the requests of their customers and clientele. It's in a very convenient location, and their willingness to meet the needs of said clientele is above and beyond expectation! I will continue shopping here, as I've had many visits and now disappointment at all. Thank you, Chillum!

So Wednesday I went in a bought a “Mike Tyson disposable vape” Sunny & Gary both know me well! And I sent Sunny a video showing him that the vape was still firing while not being hit and the vape turned extremely HOT..I also looked it up and these vapes are bad about doing that!! With that being said I called and the lady in there said I could trade it for even price or something cheaper.. now when I go in there Friday after work, it’s a whole new story! They tried to tell me it’s a law ( which found found out it’s not no law ) to trade a defected vape for another one.. and that I could call the company that makes the vape and make sure they can give them back $21 and some change and then they will replace it!!! I also told them I would take a $13 vape even though I paid $21 but they wouldn’t do that and told me I could pay for my new one.. no discounts NOTHING! they have definitely lost all my business.. that is dirty business and not a great way to keep customers 🙄 but just to verify all this i did indeed call 2 other vape stores and they told me there was no law about trading something defective! DO BETTER CHILLUMI’m adding some photos of the vape not shutting off

this was a 5 star until they tried to rip me off for a $17 kado bar.
